Abstract

Cafe Youth Creatino is a food and beverage MSME that just started operating in early 202134. The author used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development method to help the cafe overcome its recording problems4. Based on the results of the user needs analysis, a computerized system is needed to assist in recording transactions and controlling inventory4. The analysis resulted in a website-based Point of Sales (POS) and Inventory System that is accessed online using the PHP, Javascript, and MySQL database45. Through Black Box testing, this system has been proven to successfully carry out all its functions as expected, minimize calculation errors, and facilitate the management of sales transactions, purchases, adjustments, item masters, inventory, transaction history, and transaction reports.
