Sometimes (if necessary) a third peer reviewer is needed to provide critical comments on the submitted manuscript. The review process used in this journal is a blind review system. Reviewer comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. Finally, the Editor will inform the author of the review results as soon as possible, expected within forty days.
in reviewing the submitted article, the reviewer will refer to the assessment guidelines provided by the Editorial Board. All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism content. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to check for similarities (please use Turnitin or Plagiarism Checkers X to check for similarities). The editor will also check the similarity of articles submitted to this journal using Turnitin or Plagiarism Checkers software.
The final decision to accept a manuscript is made entirely by the Editor in Chief and the Managing Editor (together with the Editorial Board if necessary for consideration) based on the critical comments of the reviewers. The final decision on the manuscript is only based on the final review of the Editor and the Editorial Board considering the comments of the peer-reviewers (but not only by the Reviewers). The publication of accepted articles will be published by the Editor-in-Chief by considering the order of the date of receipt and the geographical distribution of the authors and thematic issues. Detailed information about the flow from manuscript submission to acceptance by the editor can be seen in the following figure:
